Project Description

This award is open to organisations in all sectors across Lanarkshire that excel in customer service, including hospitality and food service.

This award recognises organisations that can demonstrate outstanding commitment to customer service. The winning organisation must be able to demonstrate the highest level of customer service across its practices from strategy to customer care through to staff development, and in so doing be able to demonstrate outstanding levels of customer service.

The judges will pay particular attention to applicants that have customer service at the core of their business and have the ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
