VisitLanarkshire is the destination brand for the Lanarkshire Area Tourism Partnership (LATP) which represents the wider tourism, hospitality and leisure industries in Lanarkshire. The LATP work with VisitScotland, local tourism businesses, North and South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture and the education sector. SLW4U activity has proved to be a catalyst for new service development for unemployed people, making it easier for local businesses to connect with recruitment and support. There are a range of programmes offered to help unemployed back into the world of work.
Our upskilling initiative will support employees within the South Lanarkshire Area to undertake training or other activity that will lead to improved employment circumstances.
